Overview
Pre-Requisites
- Registered with Provincial Regulatory Body.
- Approval from Continuing Education Coordinator.
- Alberta RDAs must have the following skills:
- Dental Radiography
- Dental Dam
- Dental Impressions
- Selective coronal polishing
- Pit and fissure sealants
- Bases and liners
- Matrices and wedges
- Anti cariogenic agents
- Topical anesthetic
- Desensitizing agents
- Suture removal
Course Delivery
Cost = $900
This course provides the student with the knowledge and skills required to construct and place temporary restorations, crowns, and bridges and to place gingival retraction cord.
The theory component is offered online. Students will be provided course access one month before the course start date.
