Driving Directions to Columbia College

  • From Northbound Barlow Trail SE: Turn left (west) onto Centre Avenue NE.
  • From Southbound Barlow Trail NE: Turn right (west) onto Centre Avenue NE.

Follow Centre Avenue NE down the hill as it transitions into Manning Road NE. Continue straight to the end of the road, where you’ll see the yield sign leading into Willowglen Business Park. Columbia College is located in Building 802 within the park.

 

Transit Directions

From the Northeast:

  1. Take the 69th Street LRT and exit at the Barlow Max Bell Station.
  2. From the north side (opposite Max Bell Arena), catch the 27 Willowglen bus.
  3. The bus will enter Willowglen Business Park and stop at the park’s single bus stop. Columbia College is located here.

Note: The 27 Willowglen bus does not operate on weekends.

From Downtown:

  1. Take the Saddletown LRT and exit at the Barlow Max Bell Station.
  2. From the north side (opposite Max Bell Arena), catch the 27 Willowglen bus.
  3. The bus will enter Willowglen Business Park and stop at the park’s single bus stop. Columbia College is located here.

Alternative Routes:

  • Take the 19 or 119 westbound, and get off at 8th Avenue NE at 16A Street NE.
  • Or take the 19 or 119 eastbound, and get off at 8th Avenue NE at 16 Street NE.

Coming for an Assessment?

Assessment Day Information

All assessments take place in Building 802, Room 100.

On your Assessment Day:

  • Please park in a Columbia College-designated parking spot (avoid Visitor or Child Care spaces).
  • Bring your license plate number with you and provide it to the proctor or Reception Services.
  • For parking and navigation assistance, refer to the Campus Map.

Assessment/Testing Regulations

Please carefully review the following rules to ensure a smooth and fair testing experience:

  1. Personal Belongings
    • All personal items must be placed at the front of the room or a designated location as directed by the Student Learning Services Administrator or Proctor.
    • To avoid disruptions, consider leaving purses, bags, and good luck charms at home.
  2. Clothing
    • Outdoor clothing is not permitted in the assessment/testing room.
  3. Electronic Devices
    • The use of cell phones or other electronic devices, including wireless access tools or headsets, is strictly prohibited.
    • Cell phones must be turned off and placed at the front of the room.
  4. Identification
    • A valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) is required. Without proper ID, you will not be allowed to take the test.
  5. Conduct
    • No talking is permitted in the assessment/testing room.
    • If you finish early, you must leave the building promptly.
  6. Children and Visitors
    • Children are not allowed on campus during assessments.
    • Only the individual writing the test will be permitted in the building.
  7. Cheating Policy
    • Any form of cheating will result in immediate disqualification. If caught, you will be required to hand in your test and leave the building.
  8. Duration
    • You must remain in the assessment room for the full duration unless you complete the test early.
