Columbia College believes in a fair and clear process for all students

Applying to return to the College after withdrawal has taken place.

If you would like to be considered for re-admission, please do the following:

Complete the Columbia College Readmission Application Form.

Write a letter explaining the following:

  • why you withdrew or were withdrawn
  • what has changed since you left
  • why you think you should come back to school

Attach any documentation (plane tickets, death certificates, medical certificate, etc.) that proves you are ready to come back to school. These documents should show that the reason/s why you withdrew or were withdrawn no longer exists. Please provide copies and not originals of your documents to support your letter.

You may also drop off your information at the above address. There is a locked mailbox next to the main door and your application and supporting documents can be submitted there. You may also email the documentation to your advisor.

Your request for re-admission will be given to a committee. Once a decision is made, you will be informed of the decision by a letter from the Registrar’s Office. If your readmission is accepted, you will then need to fill in the Columbia College Application Form and submit the application fee.
