About Transcripts & Statement of Grades
- Official transcripts are mailed from the Registrar’s Office to the person/address named by the student.
- Transcripts/Statement of Grades will be released to a third party only on presentation of written authorization from the student.
- Columbia College shall not be held responsible for meeting deadlines which are not those of Columbia College.
- Transcripts/Statement of Grades are issued in the ‘last name of record’ at Columbia College. Requests to change a name must be supported by an attached copy of an official ‘government issued’ document, for example, a driver’s license, birth or marriage certificate, etc.
- Transcripts/Statement of Grades are normally produced in three to five business days.
- Please be informed documents are sent through regular mail using Canada Post. If you would like to have them couriered / registered mail / tracking, please call the front office for a quote and to make the additional payment. If you would like to have documents scanned and emailed, please provide the email address.
