Canadian Down Syndrome Society Worker

Paul is a student in Columbia’s Community Support Services Department. Paul has been working at the Canadian Down Syndrome Society (CDSS) in Calgary since April of 2012. He assists with post office duties, such as packaging all the fun CDSS products (sweaters, calendars, sports equipment) and sending them off to the correct recipient! Paul decided that they spend too much time sitting in the office, and that once every day for about 5 minutes everyone needs to get moving! Paul teaches exercise class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s and on Tuesday’s and Thursdays he instructs a dance party!! Everyone in the office joins in and it certainly adds some excitement to the morning!
